Our handmade notebooks and planners and constructed from UK board which is made from recycled paper products.

Eco and sustainable papers are used throughout the back office - and we use eco printers.

Our handmade books are refillable and there is a wide choice of refills available. For example, if you are ready to start planning 2026, recycle your old diary and just pop a new one in for the New Year.

All packaging materials are recyclable.
Shipping
All items listed on this website are in stock. We aim to dispatch within 24 hours. We use standard 48 hour Royal Mail for all our orders and we are here to help you with your order. If you require express delivery, please get in touch on 07502 412247
Because sustainability is at the heart of Twig & Leaf, we use recyclable packing on all orders leaving Malmesbury.
Returns & Exchanges
Our return and exchange policy is designed to prioritize your satisfaction. We understand that circumstances may change, and we want to make the process of returning or exchanging a product as seamless as possible. Should you need to return an item, please get in touch as soon as possible. Products can be returned within 28 days, therefore please get in touch as soon as possible, so we can guide you through the process.
In the unlikely event that your product is faulty, please arrange a return to us. Get in touch with us via phone or email and we will let you know the next steps.
Please retain original packaging for your return.
Custom Orders & Visiting
If you have seen a Twig & Leaf design that is not visible on the website, it is possible that we can make it for you. Customer orders can be made to your specifications and with a fabric of your choice. Please get in touch if you have something in mind.
